Executive Process WorkLeaders working at the edge of chaos & opportunity are forced into an awareness of how their inner world impacts their outer. I offer a skilled, experienced and thought-provoking space for leaders to process that experience, recenter themselves, and be who they need to be for the benefit of themselves, their staff and the business.
This is far from being a surface level coaching experience, which can push leaders too quickly into ‘thinking positively and taking action.’ The Executive Process Work uses neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology and other science-based theories to allow us to clearly see any survival mode, reactionary strategies that tend to engender primitive emotions like fear and scarcity. At the same time, we also encourage more of the leader’s resourcefulness and capacity to naturally come online. From this emerges a new sense of creativity and cooperation - which is exactly what the team and the business needs from the leader. |
Team Process WorkThis work expands the benefits of the Executive level Process to the collective. This allows teams to process, explore and make sense of what they are going through during intense times or crises. The Process is intended to deepen connection and create a shared space for honest, constructive conversation, one that does not flinch from the reality of the challenges, but one that holds new hope and possibility.
The output of this Process is groups who feel fully heard, and who have experienced themselves as resourceful, creative and wholly capable together. All sessions end with a clear agreement on outputs at the individual and collective level. |
LEGO Serious Play
Lego Serious Play is dedicated to creating a common language to widen discussion, share knowledge, see from a new perspective and ultimately find solutions to your most urgent problems. LSP fosters open, creative thinking to find innovative solutions.

Effective & Compassionate Debriefs
After critical events, it is common to hold a debrief or 'hotwash' to review what worked well and where improvements need to be made. Through a unique facilitation approach all people at all levels are involved in such a way they feel seen and heard that creates a more comprehensive after action report, but also allows participants to process the event response, allowing them to reintegrate into their typical roles more easily.
